This program will allow you to learn and apply the philosophy of coaching in a real, practical, and concrete way in your leadership. Through the model of “The 7 Roles of the Leader-Coach,” you will be able to improve your performance and handle your people more effectively.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
FORMAT AND METHODOLOGY:
You will be part of a comprehensive learning experience of 30 academic hours (100% Virtual). You will interact with certified coach-trainers and other participants in leadership positions from all over the world. Per week it requires investing only approximately 4.5 hours (2.5 asynchronous hours + 2 synchronous hours – live virtual).
As the program is based on the book, each participant must purchase the book and read the corresponding portion of the book, watch the videos, participate in the discussion forum, and complete the assignments that correspond to each week of the program. The participant has access to the detailed program guide, access the online platform where they will get the videos and presentations for each module/week, and under the guidance of a certified coach-trainer they will also participate (at the agreed weekly schedule) in a two-hour virtual weekly class (via Zoom).
This program will train you in the proper use of coaching tools, principles, and skills to strengthen the performance of accompaniment and development in the context of leadership.
CERTIFICATE
Participants will obtain a virtual certificate issued by LEADERSHIFT Global Leadership Consulting and endorsed by Lifeforming Leadership Coaching.
(It is essential that you have at least 80% participation in the program)
Nonprofit organizations may be eligible for scholarships. Financial assistance is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The program is customizable to in-house delivery (especially for organizations with 51+ employees). Flexible plans for groups of various sizes.

The “Leader Coach” Program is offered through the LEADERSHIFT Global Leadership Consulting online platform, and is taught by certified coaches and members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
