
He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (DSL) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regent University in Virginia, USA. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Foreign Trade, both from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela.
He is a certified Leadership Coach-Trainer by Lifeforming Leadership Coaching (USA), which trains and certifies leadership coaches according to the International Coach Federation (ICF) standards and serves from the United States to more than thirteen countries. He has worked in marketing for financial institutions and urban development companies. He has been a speaker, instructor/facilitator, coach, and consultant on management and leadership topics for various international audiences, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Australia, the Czech Republic, Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore, Trinidad, Guatemala, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela, among others.
The training provided has reached supervisory, managerial, and executive levels in a variety of educational, government, and non-profit institutions, especially corporations such as Bridgestone/Firestone, PepsiCo, Cargill, Deloitte, Mondelez, Lincoln Electric, among others. He researches and publishes in various specialized media.
His main areas of interest are: leadership, coaching, organizational strategy, values, spirituality, innovation, strategic foresight, behavior, and organizational development.
He is the author of the book “Leadership Platform for Transformation” (XLibris, 2008), and co-author of the books “Character: Key Factor in Leader Management” (Amazon, 2011), “Visionary Leadership: The art of turning vision into reality” (Amazon, 2013), “New Thinking on Leadership: A Global Perspective” (Kogan Page, 2013), “Inspiration to Lead” (2019), “Exceptional Leader Transformational COACH” (2019) and “How to become a leader” (2021).

As an undergraduate and graduate professor, he has taught Leadership, International Trade, International Market Research, and Organizational Behavior at Regent University (Virginia, USA), MACU (Oklahoma, USA), the Institute of Higher Studies in Administration (IESA) (Caracas, Venezuela), and the University of Carabobo (Carabobo, Venezuela).
He is currently a professor and director of the Master’s in Leadership program at Mid America Christian University-MACU (Oklahoma, USA). He has actively played various community and institutional roles, including student leader, member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), corporate ambassador and director of CBMC-CPEC International, director of Generosity Path, and director of the Carabobo State Executives Association, among others.
