We invite you to join the NEW Online Program “How to Become a Leader.” Regardless of your location or work schedule, you can join this international virtual program that will help you better understand your potential so you can lead better.
You’ll explore the three perspectives of the character-based model: “Defining Myself, Constructing Myself, and Expressing Myself,” which will allow you to deepen and strengthen your personal leadership. You’ll interact more effectively with yourself and improve your performance.
In short, you will get to know yourself better to lead better.
DEAR LEADER
Do you want to learn how to consciously and intentionally influence your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve your life and leadership goals?
TARGET AUDIENCE:
This program is for those who lead or aspire to lead but want to understand themselves better. It’s for those who want to intentionally embark on a journey of personal exploration and sustainable growth to successfully navigate the waters of leadership.

FORMAT AND METHODOLOGY:
You will be part of a comprehensive learning experience of 25 academic hours in 10 modules/weeks (100% Virtual).
You’ll receive video teachings from the book’s authors and interact with certified trainers.
Per week, it only requires an investment of approximately 2.5 asynchronous hours.
Since the program is based on the book, each participant will benefit from purchasing the book to read the corresponding portion, watching the videos, and completing the activities corresponding to each module of the program.
Participants will receive access to the detailed program guide and the online platform where they will find the videos and presentations for each module.
Note: If you want to activate a synchronous virtual or on-ground learning group, let us know. Under the guidance of a certified trainer, they will also participate (at the agreed-upon weekly schedule) in a two-hour weekly virtual class (via Zoom).
This program will train you in the proper use of personal leadership tools, principles, and skills to strengthen performance and development in the leadership context.
Nonprofit organizations may be eligible for grants. Financial assistance is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customizable for organizations with 51 or more employees. Flexible plans for groups of different sizes.

Defining myself as a leader
Module 1:
The Character: An essential factor in the exercise of leadership.
Understanding and developing the factors that build character (habits, self-esteem, emotions, values, and beliefs), and how to develop them to achieve growth in leadership.
Module 2.
Purpose makes the leader.
Identify your sense of purpose as a person and as a leader and learn to develop it.
Module 3.
Values as the central core of a leader’s life.
Define, identify, prioritize, and implement values as a tool for effective decision-making.
Module 4.
Maps, paradigms, and beliefs: The frame of reference of our character.
Understanding the framework of how we think and how it influences behaviors, attitudes, and how we manage emotions. Learning to make decisions.
Building myself as a leader
Module 5.
The habits: A key factor for effective leader management.
Develop strategies for effective habit management (changing and acquiring new habits) as a basis for building character and effective performance.
Module 6.
Ecological emotional management in the life of the leader.
Learn to regulate emotions with emotional intelligence, becoming aware of them and modulating them healthily.
Module 7:
The use of power to develop personal leadership.
Develop power as a personal skill by building the ability to focus and generate results.
Module 8.
Self-learning: A key factor in building leadership skills.
Developing the ability to learn on one’s own (self-learning). Understanding and applying the principles that catalyze learning in leadership.
Expressing myself as a leader
Module 9.
Communication in the leader.
Understand and develop the communication skills and competencies inherent to leadership, which facilitate the strengthening of leader-employee relationships.
Module 10.
My personal brand as a leader.
Develop a personal brand as a leader that maximizes one’s potential as a leader by identifying and implementing key factors that make leadership management sustainable.
The “How to Become a Leader” Program is 100% online and consists of 10 modules developed in 10 weeks.
It is based on the book “How to Become a Leader: The Journey to Developing Character and Personal Leadership” (2021), published by Dr. Jesus A. Sampedro and Dr. Arnoldo Arana (available on Amazon.com). The program is offered through Leadershift Global Leadership Consulting’s online platform and is taught by certified trainers with extensive managerial experience in executive education.
