LEADERSHIFT Global Leadership Consulting Coach training options are carried out under license from the international organization Lifeforming Leadership Coaching in the US and provide the opportunity to advance towards excellent and transformative professional training in coaching.
Aimed at: Directors, managers, supervisors, leaders, and coordinators of work teams with high levels of interaction, consultants, facilitators, and people who want to be certified to do leadership coaching.
Methodology: The program is characterized by being taught by certified coaches/trainers (members of the International Coach Federation-ICF) and in an online [synchronous and asynchronous] format that is very convenient for today’s leaders and leveraged by an innovative online education platform. Our transformational, participatory, andragogic approach allows participants to discover and consolidate the concepts week by week and gradually install the skills. This is achieved through the integration of various didactic technologies such as role-plays, group dynamics, complementary readings, instructional audios, demonstrative videos, individual exercises, tests, synchronous classes [live and online], personalized coaching sessions, weekly peer coaching assignments, and coaching practices with clients, among others.
Training programme as
LLC Professional Leadership Professional Leadership Certified
Training Program as LLC Professional Certified Leadership Coach three semesters/modules. Equivalent to one (1) year of training with 250 hours of professional training. Certificates are issued directly by Lifeforming Leadership Coaching (LLC) in Virginia, USA, and the training is given by a staff of certified Coach-Trainers endorsed by them.
(15 weeks) International Certification in Leadership Coaching. Certificate as “LLC Growth Coach”.
This module provides the necessary training to understand the dynamics and develop the key competencies involved in coaching. Among the most interesting topics covered are- Core Values of Coaching, Processing Life Experiences, Learning Effective Accountability
- The Art of Listening and Asking Powerful Questions, Redefining Success, the GROW Model
- SMART Goals, Developing Growth Plans, and logistics in coaching relationships, among others.

(14 weeks). Certificate as “LLC Life Coach”.
This module provides the necessary training to understand the dynamics and develop the key competencies involved in coaching. Among the most interesting topics covered are Core Values of Coaching, Processing Life Experiences, Learning Effective Accountability, The Art of Listening and Asking Powerful Questions, Redefining Success, the GROW Model, SMART Goals, Developing Growth Plans, and logistics in coaching relationships, among others. This module is developed in 54 synchronous hours of specific training for coaches and 34 asynchronous hours of specific coaching training. It serves to apply for ICF’s ACC accreditation. The Implementation module will allow you to integrate everything you have learned and experienced so far during the Lifeforming Leadership Coaching training, expand your tool base, and transform it into a practical and professional system to coach others. You’ll hone your personal coaching skills, so you’ll be able to provide supervised coaching to others, learn how to create individualized growth plans for almost any growth goal, and gain extensive practice in identifying growth issues in others effectively and get them to commit to change.
